Unworn and unwashed garments can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt,tags and packaging.

Customer will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us for Exchange orders.
Used/misused items will not be eligible for exchange.
No exchanges, refunds, or claims can be made on discounted products or Clearance Sale items.
If an item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked-down price.
To ensure the validity of claims for damaged or missing items, customers must provide a full video showing the parcel being opened, with all contents clearly visible in the video.
a. If your claim is approved, you will need to return the product. In exchange, you will receive an Online Store Credit for the value of the item (excluding shipping costs) to be used on future purchases.
For online purchases, report any damage within 24-48 hours of delivery.
If the flyer is damaged or the seal is broken, please do not accept the parcel. Return it to the delivery rider.
